Welcome! I’m Erin. Thanks for visiting.
From a young age, I found myself drawn to the esoteric, the ethereal, and the profound mysteries that lie beneath the surface of everyday existence. My teachings, whether through yoga, meditation or other plant-centric modalities, are an invitation to embark on a journey of self discovery. I encourage my clients to connect with their greatest expression and to discover ease through heart-centered presence.
Over the years I have been blessed to study the ancient teachings of the yogi masters, mystics, and great philosophers. I am profoundly guided by illuminated intelligence of the plant teachers.
I studied Sadhana Yoga with The School Yoga Institute at a permaculture farm in the highlands of Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. There, I learned the principles of the practice and received my 200-hour certification. Soon after, I completed my 300-hour teacher training at ISHTA Yoga in New York City in March 2013. Following my certifications, For over a decade, I taught in New York City at Yoga Vida, Yoga Works and many others. In addition to yoga, I am a certified aromatherapist with through the New York Institute of Aromatherapy led by Amy Galper. Most recently, I founded The Botanical Perfumery, a brand dedicated to creating meaningful connections through plant-inspired experiences.
I aim to practice what I preach. I’ve learned how to stay with discomfort, meet my resistance and breathe new life into stagnant, forgotten places. I am deeply committed my own growth and walking through the shadows of transformation to the light of Divine Truth. I believe to live in beauty is act of reverence. I am dedicated to cultivating peace within myself. I stand for the peace and liberation of all beings everywhere. As we walk this path together, I invite you to explore the ineffable, to dance with the mysteries that dwell in the quiet spaces between what is seen and what is felt.
This life is wild, shocking, even grueling at times and also breathtakingly beautiful, masterful, humbling and deeply wise.
I am honored to walk this earth.
My heartfelt thanks to my many teachers, in all their forms, who have ushered me along this path, guiding me to the ever-expanding grace of devotion.
Thank you for holding your lantern and shinning the light.
